Outer dial calibrated for heart beats. 17 jewel signed manual wind chronograph movement, (Valjoux Caliber 22) just fully serviced. Rare articulated lug Girard Perregaux "Doctors" chronograph with pulsation dial, very interesting piece form the 1930s.
